north park bungalow 

A charming 700 sqft, 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow, in the heart of San Diego's hip town of North Park. Our first walk through of this home consisted of water damage, a sloped foundation, and a diamond waiting to be shined! We redesigned the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom layout for optimal use of the small space. We opened up the walls and gave the kitchen a U-shape to increase possible cabinet space as well as beautiful brand new appliances and counter tops. To create a larger space, we equipped this home with large windows and built a front porch deck that extended to the very tip of the gate entrance to the property.
