clairemont family home

A 1600 sq ft, 4 bed 2 bath home located in the desirable family neighborhood of Clairemont, San Diego. When we purchased the home, the prior owners had closed off a hallway to three of the bedrooms and converted that into a living space in which they seemed to had rented out. We wanted to restore the fmaily charm by returning the rooms and allowing for a family to grow! We revamped the master bedroom to a complete suite, opened up the walls to the kitchen, created the 3 bedrooms needed for family growth, and created an entertainers backyard dream!
