spring valley retreat

One of our larger projects of 2017, a 5 bed 3 bath ~3,000 sqft home in the hills of Spring Valley. with views of Mount Helix, this large home has an attached upstairs one bedroom, full bath, full kitchen granny flat perfect for the in-laws. Or even better yet, rentable to help out with the housing costs! We fell in love with the sunken living room and dual sided fireplace, equipped with an open concept kitchen with plenty of counter space! This home also provided a bonus room downstairs that can easily be converted to a man cave (woman's cave), art studio, or anything your heart desired!
